These are not what I would consider medium flow. These are like any other fast flow nipple. Turn the bottle upside down and the milk POURS out. Baby does not have to produce any effort at all and baby chokes. To me, this is "fast". "Slow" is when I turn the bottle upside down and one drop comes out, then shake the bottle and a few more drops come out. Medium should be somewhere in between those 2 extremes.
I was happy to find these online because they don't sell these nipples in any stores near me. They shipped super fast too.
