We use these with Simply Thick Nectar since my son aspirates. These work much better than Y cut or cutting my own cross cuts with standard nipples. I use them in my playtex bottles and hand wash the nipples, they last about three months that way. If you put them in the dishwasher, they last less than a month before they get too thin and plyable to work correctly.

Thanks Amazon! I used these with my first born 16 years ago when he was old enough to mix a little rice cereal in his bottle. I have a new baby now and they have been very difficult to find. Now I have a place to locate what I need!
